Policies & Guidance. Before making an application to Delapage, please read this document carefully. Only if you believe that you meet the specified criteria should you proceed to complete the Application form.

2025 Timetable. The Delapage calendar for 2025 is attached. Applications are invited by sector with four different closing dates during the course of 2025. Please ensure that you meet the deadline relevant to your project. Early registrations will be considered after the closing date for the sector concerned.

Registration Form. Please ensure that you provide all the information requested and submit by the closing date. Please submit the form by e-mail attachment only to award@delapage.org. Similarly, you should attach any additional information (plans, costings etc) in support of your application.

Formal Application. If your registration is successful and a tentative award made, you will be sent a formal application form which will require completion and return together with supporting documentation as will be specified in the award announcement.  This material will be used in our due diligence processes which must conclude satisfactorily before any award can be authorised.  We advise all potential awardees not to make financial commitments based on the initial award but rather to wait until the award contract is issued and signed.
